Workshops were held with all key management groups to understand UBS’ business goals.  The design solution was aligned directly to the various businesses goals and Geyer explained how the translation was achieved this through numerous presentations. Geyer designed a flexible solution which enables UBS to cost effectively adapt to changing business scenarios.

 

As part of the design solution, Geyer recommended that UBS lease a ground floor retail outlet to increase brand presence and improve their client’s experience on arrival at the building. A stair linking all four levels was installed including client touch points and internal gathering spaces to increase connectivity and transparency. The majority of individual offices/workrooms were positioned against the inner building core to increase aspect for all UBS’ people.

 

The fitout was completed within 7 months of project commencement, meeting all design and documentation deadlines throughout the project.
