This week Australia Post launched its Melbourne retail flagship store and a new highly competitive product to the market, ensuring its ongoing relevance to Australian individuals and businesses.
The retail flagship store is located on the ground floor of 111 Bourke Street, an integral part of the Corporate Headquarters completed by Geyer in 2010. The new retail format includes new technologies and services and Geyer was pleased to partner with Australia Post again.
The store has been planned to provide a range of customer experiences including a 24/7 self-service zone at the entry, traditional counter services, customer engagement with products and services and the provision of store-within-store offers of Amex and Harvey World travel. It has received significant press and media and coinciding with the launch event for the space, Australia Post also launched the new Australia Post Digital Mailbox - a free personal management app to help businesses and individuals receive, manage, pay and store documents.
